Vendors do not have access to the backend of the website — all changes are done through our dedicated KDS team. This ensures consistency, prevents technical abuse, and protects buyers from misinformation.

That’s why we require vendors to deliver products before asking for payment — and we encourage all transactions to be done through MTN MoMo (Mobile Money) for safety and traceability.
