Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our platform.
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the KDS Hub online marketplace ("Platform"), where buyers connect with independent vendors to purchase goods and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Nature of Our Service
KDS Hub is a third-party online marketing platform. We do not sell products directly. All sales are made between independent vendors and buyers. KDS Hub provides the space, tools, and visibility — but the transactional agreement is between vendor and buyer.
Buyer Responsibilities
- Buyers must confirm product delivery before making any payment to a vendor.
- If a buyer chooses to pay before delivery, they do so at their own risk.

If any issue arises because the buyer paid before receiving the product, KDS Hub, its Team, or the CEO will not respond.
❌ DO NOT contact us about issues resulting from early payments. We will not intervene.
Recommended Payment Method
- KDS Hub recommends MTN MoMo (Mobile Money) for all transactions between buyers and vendors.
- It is the most secure and traceable method we support.
- Buyers should only request the vendor’s MTN MoMo number after confirming delivery.
- If a buyer and vendor agree to use a different method (e.g., cash, bank transfer), they do so at their own risk.
- KDS Hub will not be liable for any loss or fraud due to alternative payment methods.
Vendor Responsibilities
- Vendors must ensure that products are delivered to buyers before requesting or accepting payment, as required by KDS Hub’s platform policy. This standard is not optional — it is a strict rule designed to protect both buyers and vendors while building lasting trust and fairness across all transactions. Any attempt to bypass this process may lead to serious consequences.
- Vendors are also expected to communicate respectfully and professionally with buyers at all times. Clear, timely responses to inquiries, updates on order progress, and polite resolution of concerns are all part of a vendor’s duty on the platform.
- Vendors who list their products on KDS Hub do not have access to the backend or dashboard of the platform. All product uploads, edits, and updates must be submitted through our team. This system is in place to ensure quality control, protect buyers, and maintain a smooth shopping experience across the platform.
- Vendors are required to communicate with KDS Hub support if they wish to:
- Add or remove products
- Update prices or product descriptions
- Change images or availability status
- Our team will process requests as quickly as possible. We kindly ask vendors to be patient and provide all necessary details when submitting updates. This policy is non-negotiable and applies to all vendors using the platform.
- Orders must be fulfilled without unnecessary delay. If a vendor is unable to meet delivery expectations, they are expected to provide valid reasons and communicate proactively. Consistent delays or a pattern of neglect may trigger investigations, account restrictions, or removal from the platform.
- Fraudulent behavior — including, but not limited to, scamming buyers, delivering fake or low-quality products, using deceptive listings, or breaking payment rules — will lead to immediate suspension or a permanent ban from the platform without prior warning.
Refunds & Disputes
- KDS Hub does not handle refunds. Refunds must be resolved between buyer and vendor.
- KDS Hub is not liable for disputes related to delivery, product quality, delays, or payment unless the issue directly involves a breach of platform rules.
Account Management
- Users must provide accurate contact and identity details.
- Fake accounts, impersonation, or repeated violations may lead to account suspension or removal.
- KDS Hub reserves the right to monitor, suspend, or terminate any account at its discretion.
Intellectual Property
- All logos, branding, platform features, and designs belong to KDS Hub.
- You may not copy, resell, or alter any part of the platform without written permission.
Platform Availability
- While we aim to provide continuous service, we cannot guarantee the platform will always be available or free from interruptions.
- KDS Hub reserves the right to update, modify, or shut down the platform temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.
Legal Disclaimer
- KDS Hub is not responsible for damages, financial losses, or disputes between buyers and vendors.
- We serve as a connection platform only. All transactions are the responsibility of the parties involved.
- Users waive all rights to hold the KDS Hub Team, Admin, or CEO liable in cases where guidelines were not followed.
Governing Law
All legal matters related to KDS Hub are governed exclusively by the laws of Ghana.
Amendments
These Terms and Conditions may be updated or changed at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
